Yes, but why? I would tend to think there is of course a monetary disadvantage for you: more hours of work required per client and less eligible clients. But as an attorney, weren't you bothered by the constitutionality? Even if you personally didn't think it was an overreach, with the injunction against DAPA and the likely upcoming defeat of DACA itself (with Gorsuch now seated), that is clearly the way the legal winds were blowing. Isn't this better than the program just disappearing overnight after a SCOTUS decision? Clearly this is the better route. So again, why are you disappointed with Trump and not Congress?

Yes, not deporting someone is deferred action. Giving employment authorization and advanced parole to ineligible aliens is not. It was a clear violation of existing law.

She has stated several times (and I'm paraphrasing a bit here) that so far they have done jack shit and have no solid ideas of how to realistically proceed. They're still in the "early stages" you see. But not too early to want $$$
