My common law partner and I just had a child, she’s currently here on a working vacation visa which will expire in october of this year. We’re worried she will have to leave the country once the visa expires. I’m currently undergoing a divorce and hope to finalize it, but I don’t think it will be in time for us to be married. What choices does she have?
