Any chance we get this in the states? Just finished up watching the car factory show (aka Building Cars Live), and I always enjoy watching your more technically oriented shows.

So what's the big difference between say assembling boards for this and any other low volume electronics manufacturing process - other than probably the parts budget allows for the best? Any specific components you had trouble sourcing quality variants of - obviously it's easy to get SMD parts in bulk cheap, but I'd imagine the QC requirements meant a lot of things could not be sourced in the traditional way - massive buys from China.

If you had to face a 100 duck sized William Regal's or one William Regal sized duck in a no-DQ match, which one would you choose?

Reading your answers, it seems like a lot of the problems are not caused by the students, but by administrators putting unreasonable expectations on everyone involved (especially you). I also feel like they sound so goal focused they ignore the concepts that many of these kids are in traumatic environments, and they are expressing their needs being unmet.

Now for the question: do you think having all educators (especially administrators) instructed in aggression control methods like SAMA (http://satorilearning.com/ - this is the one I know from foster training) or another tool (a couple of options here, there are systems out of TCU and other schools) would be useful to help them understand how to talk kids out of a problematic situation instead of sending in the SRO, who probably should be focused on larger threats and improving community relations?

Figures. It always seemed like the worst ones made it to admin time after time when I was in school, and it's only gotten worse according to my teacher mother (not what you know, but who you know).
