Did he really just leave that abruptly? Had it been discussed before that maybe they were "unsaveable?" After he walked out, did he hang out outside and discuss with producers, etc or just take off?

I know you are long gone now, but you kicked me in the face while you were climbing over the barrier at your Chicago show last year. Kind of one of my favorite things that's ever happened.
