What do you think of GlusterFS?

How is Ceph's performance over WANs of varying latency, but decent bandwidth, and how does it handle network partitions?

Any thoughts on consensus algorithms such as Raft and where things may be going next in terms of distributed systems that require distributed/replicated HA storage?
