This is maybe a dumb question but do you guys (the contestants) have to stand there during the whole two hours of judging each dish? Your feet must be aching!

How serious is the issue of eating beans from tin cans? Does it make that much more of a difference to go through the effort to cook beans from scratch vs. just using a tin can?
