What food item do you like the most?

Considering most things at TH are frozen, can you speak to how processed the food is compared to like McD?

What's the best part of your job? The worst?

Finally, one day I ordered a bunch of stuff and it was Customer Appreciation day and so my entire order was free. Took me by surprise! Do you do this once a year and what day usually?

Is it true that most of the food at Tim Hortons is frozen and re-heated?

When you say baker do you mean you make the stuff before it's shipped?

What do you think about debt collectors that call relatives (or anyone they presume is a relative) and bother/harass them over debt?

This happened to me over my Dad's debt and they were making me feel guilty, like I needed to give them the info they were looking for (my Dad's whereabouts, etc) or I was being shady.

Honestly I had no idea how to handle the situation other than telling them I didn't want to give them that information.

Just thinking about it... Ugh!

I started watching HoW a few weeks ago on Netflix and have enjoyed all the twists and turns.

Two questions!

1. Are you pleased with the new showrunner and direction of the show?
2. You (in past AMAs) have recommended some excellent books to read. What books are you reading right now?

Also, I still think you should be Joel in The Last of Us movie adaptation. You would embody that role.

Can't wait for the return, although I still need to finish Season 3.
