How much money will the law firm get vs. how much will every single victim get in terms of percentages?

It’s an oligarchy, for the rich by the rich, in the truest sense of the word. Universal basic healthcare is something any country that wishes to call itself civilized ought to have, to start with. Going into debt/bankrupt due to cancer is something you’d expect in a 3rd world post apocalyptic shithole.

Then you should be plenty busy fixing up your own plutocracy that you come from.

What the...the US is responsible for more toppled governments, more wars of aggression and more deaths than any other government since WW2. Take off your patriotic colored glasses. No one believes in a benevolent US anymore, except perhaps for a part of the American public.

A country with so manny internal problems, violence, inequality should really take better care of their own citizens instead of going to spread “democracy” in places such as Iraq, Nicaragua etc.

Does it not bother you that unfree tax payers are forced to subsidize other people’s health? How about the healthcare system not being for profit and therefore a significant chunk of the economy is left untapped?
