YES! If you need liquor, beer, and mixers it's three different stores and an hour ordeal to go to the grocery store, state store, and beer distributor.

Arizona Summitt (formally Phoenix School of Law) has been doing this for years. They were calling up recent grads 2 days before the bar and offering them thousands of dollars in "stipends" to not take it and re-enroll in thier program to try again in February. I can't even imagine how discouraging it must be to go into the bar 2 days later knowing that your law school thinks you're going to fail.
