As someone who worked at several parks in years past, while one can go 'for free' on their days off... the novelty wears off real fast when you work there 5+ days a week.

It's really not that exciting, but also not often horrible. Consider: being outside in the summer sun on pavement for 4+ months straight 5 days a week and answering the same 7 questions all day long. Pretty much what you'd expect when you think about it.

That's really part of its charm.

Tues/Weds tend to be the slowest days, followed by Mon/Thurs. Sunday is dead after 3pm.

That said, you shouldn't have much crowding on a Monday, unless it's a holiday.

Go on a rainy day. No one likes being at a theme park in the rain. Otherwise Tues/Weds are usually the slowest.
