A few questions:

  1. If the deal is defeated, is it a flight of fancy that no-deal can be stopped? The date of withdrawal is in domestic law, and this is the only deal on offer to us. What tools does parliament have to stall the process aside from amending the withdrawal date in the primary legislation, to prevent no-deal?

  2. Stephen Kinnock and Amber Rudd were apparently discussing some sort of Norway model as an emergency deal if May's deal gets voted down. Since May's is the only one on offer, this doesn't have any legs right?

  3. I’m interested to know how this could affect Gibraltar. Will we lose our right to abode? Will Gibraltarians became dual Spanish and UK citizens, or fully Spanish? How will other EU nationals be affected? You probably don’t know any of this, but it’s interesting to speculate.

Thank you for scrutinising this boring but important constitutional matter.
