Local farmers markets are probably your best bet. I'm vegan, and I personally wouldn't trust any chain saying their meat is raised humanely, as there is no standard for that.

How much of your team is vegetarian/vegan? Vegan for 8 months here, vegetarian for a year and a half, I would definitely try humane meat if it was available (at a reasonable price)

"Regular" dairy farms are factory farms. Small, family owned farms are the oddities in America.
