Why do you think Hamas rejected the offer to lift the blockade in return for a five year ceasefire?

Can you elaborate? I've found the reporting on this offer wanting - no details other than that the blockade would be lifted, a seaport and airport would be permitted, and one mention of Tony Blair's involvement - but I haven't seen anybody say the offer wasn't rejected.
