How active is your lifestyle? Do you walk to work or walk the dog? Do you do lots of housework? Are you a fidgeter? Are any of your hobbies sporty/fitnessy? Do you eat three meals a day, or just one big one? How often do you snack? All of these are little things that have a big say in your physique!
