Another admissions officer here, to answer the question that Dan didn't.

There really is no way to "game" college admissions. No matter what kinds of documents you're asked to submit, at the end of the process, there is always an actual human being making the decision about what to do with your application. Usually more than one, if you're applying to a specific program or department (one of the areas in my department can have as many as eight faculty with input into admissions decisions, and that's before we even send our departmental decisions back to the main admissions office for their review).

As a general rule, if you need to trick a college into admitting you, you probably won't be there very long.
