Hi Shawn! I love your gymnastics, you were so fun to watch. Did you ever get scared about anything you had to do (e.g. being in front of a crowd, difficult moves), and if so, did you do anything in particular to get past that?

I would recommend it - it's fairly short and it's free (legitimately - KLF link to a text file version). It's surprisingly interesting as a time capsule as it's very 1980s London.

Pads aren't biodegradable, as all except the very very cheapest ones are plastic-lined.

Love the column! Do you know if your book is actually getting a UK release, either in ebook or physical format? The way it's listed on amazon UK hasn't made me particularly hopeful as it doesn't appear like a real preorder and it doesn't seem to be on Hachette UK's website.
