I'm both inspired and a bit disheartened when I watch Biggest Loser. I know that it takes a lot of effort to lose weight regardless of the size you start at. I am working at getting healthier and I've done a lot to change my lifestyle partly from shows like yours.

I am curious about the workout schedule that Biggest Loser has. I know I'm not going to work out like that, or try that drastic a lifestyle change as a short term solution, but how much time is spent in the workout room on a show like that?

I would guess that it's an "job" during the filming, but is it 8 hours a day, or more?

Do you work from an office, or do you work from home?
-If from home, do you always wear pants?

Didn't Neil Young sing about you? I always thought that being mentioned in a hit song was pretty impressive, but after listening to Alanis Morisette I wonder.

Hi Stuart, my wife met you once, and her entire family loves your show. I used to listen, but after the Christmas Turkey episode, I can't listen anymore. And sadly I've heard it 3 times now.

Any chance I can have that episode banned from further airplay? I'm pretty sure I will wind up listening to more of your shows and I'm not sure I could handle a fourth time. If not, could you do another show where Dave and Morley spend a summer evening relaxing and everything goes right?
You don't have nearly enough episodes like that.

my doctor said to take it easy the first week and to take ibuprofen every 4 hours to keep the swelling down. worked like a charm. What he didn't tell me, and what I learned the hard way was to stay out of economy cars on long trips. Why? let me tell you.

I had the vasectomy about 10 days earlier and my fiance and I decided to take a trip about 90 minutes away to visit some friends. We drove my Smart. You know the short little economical cars? Yeah after an hour on the highway I was regretting the decision, but we were only 30 minutes away so we kept going.

I took it easy and even had a nap in the afternoon, then we drove back. Now I'm a big guy, and it's not like my junk had a lot of room to jiggle around, but by the time I got home I was looking for more than just a regular 200mg ibuprofen. The next day I could hardly walk for the first few hours. I'm glad to say everything that's supposed to work does, and we are still not parents, so it was worth it.
