Understandable. From what I had heard, the city had pretty well rallied all of the hotels in the area to get as many rooms as possible together to accommodate all of the passengers and then at the last minute, like yesterday, Carnival pretty well said, "screw you, your town sucks and we don't want to give you business." To the point that Carnival had an article on their website for a while basically telling their customers to avoid Alabama if at all possible

No clue honestly. Best I can figure is it has a lot to do with the failed cruise terminal in Mobile and how quickly it went downhill

yeah, strikes me as odd also. I know comparing my boat to a cruise ship is apples to oranges, but when I've spent all of one day out, much less a week, the last thing i wanna do is pile up on a bus. My ass is gonna find the closest shower I can get to and a bed. Sounds fishy to me

How do you feel about Carnival piling you all onto buses to have to ride a further 3 hours to New Orleans as soon as you all get off the ship instead of being put in a hotel 10 minutes from the Cruise Terminal in Mobile, all because Carnival has a personal vendetta against Mobile? (hometown btw)
