Hey Josh, Great Race!! Congrats on the Top 20 finish, and bringing the car home in one piece. Great accomplishment at Dega.

Shoutout to /r/Dogecoin and /r/NASCAR for the awesome job they did in organizing the sponsorship. It was soo much fun watching you race yesterday.

  • Did any of the other drivers ask questions about the sponsorship? What were people saying about the car in the pits?

  • What were you thinking when you got up to 4th with 20 laps to go in the outside lane??

Hey Josh,

Welcome from /r/NASCAR. Heres one of our favorite AMA questions:

Doc Brown from Back to the Future appears out of nowhere in his time machine/DeLorean. You are offered the opportunity to go back in time and compete in NASCAR in any ONE year from the history of the sport.

Which year do you choose to race in, and why?

Congrats Jimmie and welcome from /r/NASCAR.

What is the most meaningful moment of your life so far? (Nascar related and also non-Nascar related)

Hello My Powell, I am currently a resident of Hampton, VA. Recently I went to a local Hampton Roads Solar group meeting where I learned about a new bill that has recently been passed through Virginia legislation. It is a Transmission and Generation Fee that Dominion Power lobbied and pushed through the legislation. I believe the case number filed against the bill was PUE-2011-00088. In this bill Dominion Power will recieve $4.19/KW over 10 KW arrays, every month. I understand that 10 KW is a large array and only 1 or 2 people in the state have them, but the fear is the legislation will ammend the bill later on to cover smaller residential arrays. This is going to kill the attraction of solar power for residential homes. Also, Virginia is the ONLY state to have this sort of charge.

Have you heard of this legislation and what can you do to help protect the rights of residents who own solar arrays?

Thank you very much.

Edit: Here is an article on the bill: http://www.renewableenergyworld.com/rea/news/article/2011/11/virginia-electricity-policy-needs-a-tune-up

This is a big deal for everyone, not just Virginians. Now that Dominion has started to implement this charge, it opens up the door for ALL power companies to try the same thing.

Agree with this. Josh can you do a twitter message and post it in the thread?

A picture of you and the computer answering questions would be great.
