When challenged, you keep mentioning "explaining surgery to lay people" as a use case for this. I do get squeamish looking at surgery images, but this doesn't strike me as a particularly frequent or crucial use case. Do you have any insight into how many people currently suffer any degree of harm due to an inability to have surgery explained to them using existing technology?
