As a former employee I know firsthand that enough sexism, discrimination, and retaliation run rampant in Aurora to force employees to quit. It’s been repeatedly reported and ignored by multiple parties including management and HR. What are you doing to investigate and fix the detrimental culture you’ve created?

Hey Chris. I did reach out to you in a long detailed email on August 13th 2021 to ring a bell on who I am. I reached out NINE times prior to multiple managers and multiple HR representatives.
I’ve left the company and although you’re still victim-blaming me right now, I’m not afraid of it anymore.

Hey thank you so much! It means a lot. I’m getting better by the day.
For anyone experiencing the same, know your rights. Discrimination and retaliation are illegal in the USA and protected by the US EEOC
