How do you suggest the industry change for the better?

How would the industry get from where they are to this better model/place?

If you could hang out with other poker pros Who would it be(Phil Laak excluded) and what would you do(other than play poker)?

Thanks for doing an AMA. I have been a fan of your work for quite some time. I can imagine some of the relationships/friendships you develop over a TV series that might last years versus a movie where you might only be shooting with a particular individual for a limited time would lead to a very different sort of relationship.

I was wondering if you prefer to work on movies or on a TV series and why?
