Are there downsides to getting to the exact same macro-nutrient ratios every day?

In other words, do you think there is any benefit to mixing up the macro-nutrient ratios in soylent on a semi day-to-day basis? For instance, some people suggest there are benefits for going really low-protein for a day each week.
