Planning on doing the Mongol Rally in 2017, are you guys fairly lenient with the rules on how big a car engine can be or is it really strict and nothing over 1 liter is allowed?

Hoping to get a 1 liter but they're pretty rare in my experience

Yeah I know, wasn't thinking of driving a hilux or anything, but like if a 1.2 liter would be ok or strictly below 1.0
