My question: in his interview with Glenn Greenwald, Edward Snowden makes a statement about the NSA that no one person "can meaningfully oppose them." Feeling similarly in regards to the DOD and groups like JSOC in particular, what do you estimate that it will take to meaningfully oppose these groups and tactics, or are we solely at the mercy of the executive branch in deciding whether to continue these dirty wars?
