How does alcohol factor into your process... or not?

What are your thoughts on the music industry collapsing? -- do you feel the effects of downloading, or do you get most of your profit from tour tickets and merch? Are you going to continue throwing free projects out there, and do you see that as kind of a conversation with your audience, or just as extended marketing so they'll continue to buy the full albums / show tickets / t shirts?

And do you prefer doing the TPC thing or your side solo project? Which albums were the most fun to work on?
