I'm late to the party, but I've been trying to make chocolate at home. Nothing fancy and my aim at first is to just make some white chocolate....

I melt deodorised cocoa butter with some vanilla. Separately mix some sweetened condensed milk with full fat milk powder and then combine the too. I have a marble surface that I work it on until it comes together. All looks fine at this point. I then melt it and pour it in to a mold.

After an hour or so, it has separated in to a thick sticky mess and solid tasteless fat. What am I doing wrong?! It seems to be a solid chocolate mass before I re-release it.

I've read that all the pro-bee folk in London are actually damaging for the been population. Something to do with there not being enough pollen I'm crowded urban areas. What is the actual thinking on this? Should office blocks add hives to their roofs or is it doing more damage?
