What's your favorite part of the job?

I've been (very slowly) coding on a side project to end economic suffering once and for all.

However, my day job leaves me too tired to code on stuff. If you're as well-off as the headline suggests, would you be interested in giving me some tips, guidance, etc. on how to make that leap? I wish I could do it 40+/week, but I have to pay bills, and in the spare time otherwise, it only amounts to an hour here or there. Suggestions? Advice?... Or a suggestion for a source of $100k to work on it with?
