Does that happen a lot (that they build something with donations and then sell it)? On the face of it this would be true for donations to any church.

I suppose back in 1789 it was the same in Munich - people couldn't afford to actually go and see China, so they built this:

I assume once the Chinese make a copy of Munich they'll make a reproduction of the "Chinese Tower" as well.

Maybe have it done abroad? Here in Europe Hungary is a popular destination to get complex dental work done. It's supposed to be very good quality and a lot cheaper than in other places.
