If this is true Vice would be in a world of shit. Google, Media Net, Vibrant or whomever handles their ads would cut the cord. Ad networks don't fuck with click fraud.

Clicking on your own ads to increase revenue is like mugging homeless men outside a police station. You'll get about $0.11 and caught so fast people will wonder how you're smart enough to dress yourself in the morning.
