Right, a more accurate title would be "IamA American who's currently staying in Singapore voluntarily (641 days and counting) in order to appeal a court decision for crimes that I admit to committing, but don't like the way the court documents are worded AMA!"

Why did you attempt to turn his engine off? Why did you threaten to kill him? Why did you take his cell phone out of his hands and throw it? It sounds like you are definitely guilty of the mischief charge (throwing his phone), by your own admission.

In the court documents, it says you were charged with four weeks of imprisonment and an $800 charge or 4 days of imprisonment if you're unable to pay the fine. Yet, you claim that you've been incarcerated for over 600 days. Can you please explain that discrepancy?

According to your own version of the events, you did not qualify that you could kill him if he chose to fight you. You grabbed him by the arms and said "I could kill you." I think most people would consider that to be a threat.
