Anything by job for a cowboy is my go to

How is a company responsible for the percentage of races in their company? If companies’ profits are based on the competence of employees, how then can someone say you’re not hiring enough of x race when in reality all they care about is money? It seems like another case of forced “wholeness”. I’ll admit I like to troll on the internet but I’m genuinely curious to see someone else’s POV on this who’s actively bullying private companies to hire certain races/genders.

Thought about doing this once. What’s the hardest part?
