How do you feel about the new WHO regulations strongly suggesting sealed suits with self-powered respirator units?

Last I heard 20% of health workers had contracted the virus-- at the time that was 200 out of 1000. How many of those were wearing PPEs I don't know. However many it was, the fact that Brantley and Writebol got it means it's not a chance I would take, but that's why I'm here and you're over there.

How do you feel about Russia's BW capability at this time? Have they ever come clean?
