It's frustrating that half the world is lacking contraceptive options yet we're waiting this long on a little bit of financial support.

Not a medical expert but have had a bovine valve for 6 years. No immunosuppressants required, perhaps because the valve has no blood supply?

I agree, this kind of segregation is completely legal and that's one reason people aren't empathetic about how much it sucks for homeless people trying to find a bathroom. We're generally callous to how our economy impacts the lowest class.

Starbucks is kind of in a special position though, there's a reason people use their bathrooms more than those of private restaurants. Their business model is about being open and friendly, loitering is encouraged/allowed.

10+ years is what they told me when I had a cow valve put in 6 years ago, but it's already stenotic again and I've had endocarditis twice. Hopefully I am in a small minority.
