Larry, what's the most valuable skill / technique that you've learned in order to get people to discuss something that's very personal to them on the air?

Can you elaborate on this? That sounds very difficult...how did you overcome it - what was your method to get through those performances?

I read that you were born in Detroit and started your comedy career there! Do you ever go back – and is there still a comedy scene there?
