Congress can’t get, at least not easily, transcripts of what people testified to in grand juries, but it can call those same people as its witness and cover the ground in its proceedings.

If their testimony before Congress contradicts their grand jury testimony, is there enough communication between Congress and the DOJ that at least one party could be made aware of that fact?

They didn’t interfere with an election and there weren’t clear ties back to the US.

Besides, just because there wasn’t outrage then doesn’t mean there shouldn’t have been or that we shouldn’t be angry now. Fool me once...
