I bet Abercrombie. I heard their disgusting, lecherous CEO, hires hairless teen boys to serve as the flight crew, and makes them prance around in their underwear. All answers to the affirmative must be "no problem".

As a sandwich artist, what is your favorite method of illustrating a sandwich? Pastel, watercolor, oil based paints, sculptures? Do you ever use your work to convey emotion to the viewer, such as painting lettuce a vibrant green, while contrasting the bread as a mundane white, in order to symbolize the dichotomy between the rich and the poor, and the agonizing strife that comes of it?

Yes, back in the era of the canal builders.

As a fat ass, I can totally relate to the self loathing that comes from being fat. I fucking hate the way I look, and would love to be able to take a scimitar and slice my disgusting cellulite off, like carving the fat off a cut of pork. If I were to ever kill myself, I would put a shotgun to my stomach, in a final act of vitriol against that disgusting tub of shit that I wear on my midsection; that thing that has ruined my life and made every waking moment shameful and embarrassing.

I find it amazing how you were able to go from one extreme to another. I've never attempted to starve myself (obviously), but I would think that the hunger pangs would be nothing compared to the cravings. Hunger pangs are the enemy, and they present themselves as such; you will either defeat the enemy or you won't, but at least you'll fight. Now cravings, they are a whole different beast. Cravings almost come to you as friends, and whisper insidious suggestions into your ear. They tell you that you can have a little bit of this, and maybe some more of that. Or, they ask you with all of the caring and concern of a true friend, why can't you just start your diet some other day, why does it have to be today? With hunger pangs, I understand that you fought the beast and won. But tell me Sir, how were you able to recognize the cravings for what they were, grab them by their wicked throats, and crush their windpipes?

I hope and pray for a cure. You have adopted, adapted, and thrived, no small feat! I truly believe that you suffer from one of the worst conditions a human being could endure. And for you to fight on in that situation, I won't say is inspiring (too cliche), but rather, amazing. I consider myself to be an "average" person, and I would have lost the will to live years ago if I were in your situation. Your strength of will should humble God himself.

Now, on to my question: can you describe the "feeling" of paralysis when trying to control a paralyzed limb? When you try to flex your left foot upwards, what happens within the confines of your own body? Can you "feel" the foot initialize, but it fails to acknowledge the command? Is the disconnection between the foot and your motor cortex so profound now, that it is difficult for you to even conceptualize "how" to move the foot at this point (analogous to me trying to "bend" my hair)?

Thanks for doing this AMA, and there are those of us who are AB who are aware of your suffering, and trying to help in our own small way. You are not forgotten.
