I'm for legalization of any drug in essence, but I would personally prefer banning any kind of advertising for them. No matter if it's weed or alcohol or meth, it shouldn't be "pushed" to people in any way.

I think a big part of alcohol related problems among young people is due to how it is "glorified" and presented as something innocuous, without as much as a mention of the possible issues. This becomes really obvious if you, as a thought experiment, replace every mention of alcohol by another drug for a day, it quickly becomes quite obscene, especially when you realize that it's one of the worst drugs out there.

The problem will be solved with new authentication standards like security keys. Old people understand keys.

I appreciate the answer but I think it avoids the reality of the wars having nothing to do with fighting terrorism. 9/11 was a mere excuse to fight for global hegemony, which was always the intention from the beginning.
