How do you go from "sir, do you know how fast you were going?" to "wanna see a magic trick?"

Thanks a lot for sharing OP. Incredible procedure that has obviously changed your life.. As someone who recovered from a severe back injury 2 years ago, I can't imagine what going through a procedure like this must have been like.
