What's something we don't know about you?

I'm still recovering from a car accident back in August. Tomorrow I finally get my catheter removed. I had urethral reconstructive surgery in early jan since a bone split my bladder and severed my urethra. It's always nice to hear others are in pain because then you know you are not alone and there is someone you can relate to. I'm still on pain meds for a while but hope you recover quickly and some of that pain alleviates.

This has been by far the hardest 5 months of my life. I think of all the times i complained about a bruise or stomach ache and just find it silly. This accident gave me a concussion, 2 broken arms, 11 pelvic fractures, cracked tailbone and L4/L5 in my spine. I started walking in November and lost 35lbs overall. Spent a good month and a half in the hospital, then at rehab.

Amazing how 20-30 years ago I would have. I am very lucky and thankful for all technology.
