It's going to be a hero. In Canton. If it isn't named Jayne there isn't any justice in the 'verse.
And I would totally donate for a decorative hat to adorn it

You left out the part where charter schools get to skim off the best students, and reject the worst. Public schools have to then take the worst, most trouble making, least academically able, students and try to get them to pass.
My partner is an English teacher at a public school. In our state 100% of students are put through the standardized tests and teacher performance is rated on that basis. That includes developmentally disabled kids, English Language Learning [1] kids, the kids who semi-dropped out to have babies, the kids who semi-dropped out after being arrested, etc. Can't get enough kids who can't even speak English to pass the standardized English test? You must be a terrible teacher.
The state pays for (at max) two years of ELL education, after that the kids are "mainstreamed" into regular classes. Special education for developmentally disabled kids is all but non-existent.
The big reason charter schools have better numbers is because they can pick only the better students and leave the dregs to the public schools.
[1] Used to be called "English as a Second Language", ESL, but since a great many (most in her school) already speak several languages English Language Learning (ELL) is now the preferred term.

The advantages of being white... My partner got breast reduction about two years ago, about 2000 grams out of each one, and she's still got very visible scars (and spotty nipples). Apparently black people tend to get long term and/or permanent discoloration along surgical incisions.
She knew going in, and decided the breast reduction was worth it anyway.

So basically they're expanding the definition of "child pornography" to the point where it'd include Sailor Moon slashfic just to prosecute you?
On the one hand that's completely awful and potentially life ruining.
On the other, when they start making up new rules just for you it means you're making the people in charge very nervous so that's a plus.

The focus on the presidency is my main problem with the Green Party, and I used to be a Green Party county party chair.
The current Green Party basically does nothing but run someone for president every four years. In between the GP might as well not exist and that's a path to nothing but forever losing.
What is your plan to make the Green Party viable in local and state elections? What is your plan to reform the Green Party so that it is an actual viable party running candidates at sub-Presidential level so you can actually build up the political capital necessary to eventually make a successful run at the Presidency?
If your plan is "hope to get to 5% and maybe then we can magically win the Presidency in 2020" I can't see any point in supporting the Greens.
