I have gigabit and most of the networks outside of the west coast don't even get about 400mbps

Have you ever seen somebody committed who clearly should not have been?

Do you think that a big reason for this is because not only do they have to feel the stress is being moved to a completely different environment, but also have to deal with the stresses of feeling shame and embarrassment now that they have the attention from friends and family who know that something has occurred? I know that psych wards can be chaotic by nature and sometimes that introduction to a chaotic environment with complete strangers and a removal from the persons normal day to day living environment might trigger the motivation to become even more harmful to themselves, am I right?
