If that's the case, then they're probably doing everything locally, so you may be able to save the page (in Firefox, Menu -> Save Page As -> Web Page, Complete) and use it offline. I haven't tested this for this site, and it depends on exactly how they're loading it, but this sometimes works

EDIT: Nope, it doesn't work. It can probably be made to work but would require extra effort
