You sure did miss an awful lot. I recommend going back and watching from the beginning before asking such ridiculous questions. Seriously, the answer to all of those questions were answered, or at least alluded to for you to make up your own mind of its importance/place in the story.

I have a niche podcast for fans of a very specific thing. Other than sharing it on the subject’s fansites and its subreddit, what can I do to make the audience grow? The show is damn good and already over, but I know people who never found out about it would love it. I’d just love for them to hear it.

Adam, this question is self-indulgent, but when you go on tour next month, are you willing to do lesser known podcasts to help promote the show? I have a modest following of 2k downloads/month, and would really love to help spread word of the show. I'd love to talk to you when you're in DC.

Hi Carlton. I've noticed that in a lot of interviews, when asked about the writing process, a lot of writers end up talking about how they got in their position instead, for some reason. Could you speak to your routine, how you start from scratch? Do you start writing on a blank page, or typing notes on a computer? Do you research and meditate on a story before jumping in? And once you're all in on a project, what are some good disciplinary techniques you could offer when it comes to writing every day?
