Speaking of a butler premise, how about this show.

The title character is driving to work. On his way he gets into a car accident that's completely the fault of the character in the other car. Said character doesn't have car insurance so this accident goes to court. The judge comes up with a clever solution to this no insurance, no money situation and orders the car accident causing character to be the title character's butler!

I've worked at a lot of live broadcasts. It's usually the same crew from two different companies. Me, producers and on screen people are from one, the rest from another. They show up 3 hours before us and leave and hour later. I usually show up earlier to help them set up since I decide my own time and can help them get to eat before the whatever starts.

Loads of people don't have a clue what it takes to make everything happen, TV, movie, theater, concert. I always like seeing it getting some recognition and that's why I read the credits most of the time.
