My boyfriend talked about picking the gender of our second child. I still don't know how I feel about it. I don't think I'll be too disappointed if I end up with two of the same sex.

All those reasons plus, It's too much intervention. I think it will take some of the excitement and significance. I mean we are planning when to have our two kids but picking genders is too much for me.

I agree. It can't hurt and it's more fun. That's how my cousins are trying for a boy.
