At a corporate location, we also buy from a local bakery that delivers several times a week. The butter is supposed to be whipped and served as a ball (we use an icecream scooper) in a ramekin.

Also RC server for 6 years. The catch is our filets are not usually prime. Only choice. We still pick the better cuts but if you wanted prime filets the demand and production cost is so high an 11oz filet would cost upwards of $75. However, we do have Bone in Filet's right now that are guaranteed prime.

I started as a server assistant at Ruth's when I was 19. I worked there for about a year being a glorified bus girl. Unfortunately my location didn't had much upward potential, so I left to get service experience at another restaurant (wasn't fine dining). After a couple of years I reapplied as a server. If you have service experience it may be possible to get hired on as a server, but most likely they will start you off as an SA and eventually promoted to food runner and server.

Not a secret menu per se, but a lot of people just think of us as a big ticket steak house. Our happy hour menu is the tits. $8 prime beef burgers, spicy lobster, crab blts, and tenderloin steak sandwiches with fries/zucchini fries. If you don't feel like being fancy go enjoy some good food for cheap! Also another thing people might not be aware of is that you can bring your own wine in. There's a $15 corkage fee but if you're very nice to your server and order well we have the ability to waive it.
