I have/had the most expensive cancer going, because it's easily survivable, but has a high recurrence rate. Thankfully the NHS means I will only ever have to pay fuel and parking to get to a hospital.

I even had Macmillan offer to pay transport costs. They're a damn good charity.

Out of personal interest, are you interested in Shetland Independence?

Historically speaking I consider the Shetland Islands have as strong case for being a crown dependency and not a formal part of the UK.
