I manage about 150 units, but they're mostly older buildings (1929ish). I've had to have an awkward talks with a teen girl about how to properly dispose of tampons because the mother wouldn't. "If you've already eaten it, it can go in the toilet. Tampons, pads, wipes, and everything else go in the garbage."

Is there any chance games will go back to user generated mods of the base game? Do modern game developers even think about releasing their work for others to build on? So many great ideas came from community efforts based off an engine: Team Fortress, Counter Strike, LMCTF, etc...

Why is draft beer not regulated in the US like it is in Europe? Beer is 10 to 15 times as expensive per volume as gasoline, but is so casually dispensed at bars and restaurants.
