I think a big part of this is that Facebook is outsourcing their moderation to third party companies, who then are more concerned with keeping their contract than they are the quality of the work. Sometimes that overlaps, but it seems like often it doesn't - and Facebook can escape blame by just shifting it onto their third party company. They then would hire another company which makes the same mistakes, so on and so forth.

In your opinion, what would change (for better or for worse) if Facebook brought moderation in-house rather than contracting it out?

Hi guys, really loving Inbox but what's stopping me from using it is the lack of the ability to choose the notification sound on Android.

I don't want the sound for email to be the same sound as my default Android notification, I want it to be the sound that I've been using for Gmail for ages. I've reverted back to the new Gmail app until this is implemented in Inbox.

Do you know when this might be put in? It's a small gripe but has big ramifications.
